BT is an international software services company, specialized in consulting and systems integration. As a part of the British Telecom group, BT's vocation is to advise and help clients evolve their organization, their processes, and their information systems. BT is an international structure, and intervenes in more than 50 countries in Europe, USA, and Asia. The group has more than 5,000 employees.
A strategic project meant to dematerialise the clients' and colleagues' claims in the field of e-money. Works ownership of the solution deployed in the group's 34 Regional Agencies. The application covers the CNCE's whole functional e-money perimeter (DAB/GAB, Affiliated Traders, Holders), and easily integrates with the existing information system.

Realization of a lease follow-up application within the framework of France Telecom's real estate management.
The project goal was to implement a Business Process Management solution to dematerialize purchase management (intra- and extra-enterprise). The mission was to assist the client in both development and project management in the context of implementing a workflow application.
To automate processes and workflow, La Poste entrusted BT FRANCE with the creation of a workflow application for processing "the tracking of requests for leased lines" (project ADELL: Automation Applications of Leased Lines).

BT also efficiently uses W4 for its own needs.
To date, two applications have been deployed within BT France: PAVIS, for the pre-sales process management, and MAGIE, for the follow-up requests concerning product updates, or for handling software problems, under the terms of an application maintenance agreement.
