W4 and Magic Software sign a strategic OEM agreement to jointly promote their offering of iBOLT and W4 BPM Suite for the southern European market

W4, a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, announced today that it has signed a strategic OEM agreement with Magic Software Enterprises (NASDAQ: MGIC), a leading provider of state-of-the-art development and integration technology, to provide a bundled solution composed of the W4 Workflow engine and iBOLT Special Edition for W4.

iBOLT Special Edition for W4 BPM Suite

The iBOLT Special Edition designed for W4 BPM Suite extends the capabilities of W4 BPM Suite by offering a range of functionalities and benefits that meet our customers’ needs to integrate and leverage disparate legacy enterprise applications:

• greater interoperability
• better integration with customers’ ERP and IT systems
• powerful mapping functionalities
• customized connectivity solutions through iBOLT's extensive connector library
• easier access to enterprise database systems
• easy-to-use graphical user interface

Our enterprise customers will gain significant business advantages:

• the ability to develop new services on-demand
• quicker project development and deployment
• better data integration
• lower implementation and maintenance costs and risks

The reciprocal nature of this agreement enables Magic Software to enhance its iBOLT Business Integration Suite with the workflow server from W4 BPM Suite.

W4 Engine for iBOLT Business Integration Suite

This module brings the following new functionalities and capabilities to iBOLT version 2.5:*

• process validation cycles
• pre-defined technological processes (for example: task delegation, role attribution)
• pre-defined business processes using user-friendly graphical tools
• instant process generation via a web client

It enhances iBOLT with a rich library of pre-defined processes and responds to customers’ needs for leveraging existing systems while meeting legal obligations and standards (Sarbannes-Oxley, 21CFR Part 11, Bale 2,..)
