Our Intervention Scope
To start with, simply share your business need with us.
During a meeting with our teams to define exactly what you need, we will ask you to outline your business environment, the challenges as you see them, and the project scope.
Just a few days after this initial meeting, we will produce a prototype for you. Depending on what you prefer, this prototype
can be hosted either within your company, or by us (and accessible via the internet).
After an initial test period , the requirement is either confirmed, or amended, and the prototype then approved for
development, in iterative mode, leading to the first version of your business application.
When we supply you with this first version and deploy it, we also make sure to note any improvement requests you may have. Users have the option of passing on any requests for improvement/enhancement to the solution managers, who will then be able to integrate them into subsequent versions.
The Business Rescue approach enables you to obtain hard results within a greatly reduced timeframe in comparison to traditional approaches.
Users are involved on a regular basis during the creation stage, offering you as a result the guarantee of perfect accordance between your business application and your users’ needs, and therefore their full adhesion to the project.
