Thanks to the experience gained through the numerous projects we have deployed for our customers, W4’s Professional Services department has developed a proven, high-level of competency in project management (project launch, requirements analysis, design, production, testing, deployment, quality assurance plan…). 

When our customers find themselves confronted by an urgent business need that cannot be handled by a traditional IT management approach, or a specific, urgent need that no off-the-shelf software is able to take on board, W4 offers the possibility of deploying solutions in a very short time period with its methodology Business Rescue.

Thanks to Business Rescue and BUSINESS FIRST, a simple statement of requirements is all you need for the composition of a prototype in record time that can then be further adapted iteratively, following gap analysis, up to the moment it is fully validated and deployed.

This approach has made it possible for our customers to produce tailor-made strategic solutions in time periods ranging from a few weeks to a few months.
